Damaged/Delayed Checked Baggage Delaration

The reporting system only applies to passengers who took international flights operated by China Airlines or Mandarin Airlines on the last segment of the trip. If you travel with other operating carriers on the last segment of the trip, please contact the operating carrier to report the case. A baggage claim check (tag) is required to declare damaged or delayed baggage. If you have lost your baggage claim check (tag), please contact the local airport office. Please declare truthfully. China Airlines reserves the right to accept and file the case.
Please note: The declaration of damage baggage must be made within 7 days after your arrival, starting from the following day of arrival. Compensation may not be applicable under certain circumstances, please refer to Liability Release Notice for Checked Baggage.
If you have obtained the case number of the baggage irregularity report (for example: TPRCI13166) through the assistance of the airport office or ground staff, you do not need to declare again.
